Looking at the new Elizabeth line station at Bond Street.
This station has two ticket halls - one at each end of the 255 metre platforms.
The eastern ticket hall is in Hanover Square and is convenient for Regent Street, Oxford Circus Underground station and the Oxford Street branch of John Lewis. TfL have created an 'out of station' interchange so that passengers using Oyster and other electronic ticketing systems can leave the 'fares paid area' and interchange between Oxford Circus and this station and then continue their journey without being charged a new fare. But this facility is strictly time limited.
The western ticket hall is in Davies Street, close to the West One Shopping Centre and Selfridges. It includes a direct connection to the existing London Underground station that is served by Central and Jubilee line trains. The interchange passage includes a seated area so that people who can walk but only short distances can have a rest.
The western ticket hall also features three artworks created in 2017 by British artist Darren Almond, these are seen in the film and more about them can be found on the crossrail.co.uk website at the link below.
