Thurs Jan 23rd was the Hearing on the Defendant (Bryan Kohberger)'s Motion for Suppression of IGG and Motion for Franks Hearing. Today (Fri 24th) comes more (Evidentiary hearing), we just don't know yet which portion/s will be public, so I'll be watching for that. Some big bombshells were dropped regarding the PCA and DM, a couple weren't intended to be talked about publicly but the Defense forced the Judge's hand on one and he spoke on that piece of evidence that we hadn't heard yet, and it does beg more questions - but did the Defense prove their case? WAS there Probable Cause? Let me know what you think!
