On March 24, 2019 at approx. 0110 hours Greene County Ohio Sherrif's Department recieved a report about an intoxicated driver.
That same morning at approx. 0220 hours Beavercreek, Ohio Police noticed a man standing next to a similiar truck on the side of Factory Road. After observing the man get into the passenger
side of the running truck, the officer made contact. The officer requested the man step out of the vehicle while asking if the man just urinated on the side of the road. The officer conducted a quick frisk of the man and found a knife on him. While conducting a more thorough pat down, a second officer found a loaded firearm
in the man's pant leg.

When asked what he does for a living the
man said that he was a police officer.

Officer Brian Spencer, 47, of the
Dayton, Ohio Police Department
was charged with:
1. Using a Weapon While Intoxicated
2. Disorderly Conduct
