Michael Sexton was recording the tragic displacement of the unhoused of Denver Colorado.
During which time he was exercising his 1st Amendment rights to Freedom of Spech and The Right to record the Police in the course of their Duties. During this incident Mr. Sexton was recording with his hands above his head, when Lt. Sean Faris Pepper Sprayed Mr. Sexton at point blank range. Mr. Sexton was NEVER detained or suspected of committing any crimes. He was never arrested or charged with any crimes in connection with this incident.
