A women in down town Tucson, AZ allegedly spit on a man walking his dog. after that she spit on a security guard twice and was then pepper sprayed. Tulsa PD showed up and arrested the woman. Tucson PD were seen using a a restraint hold to direct the woman across Broadway Blvd. while bending her over. The woman was seen screaming that the police were rapists and that she knew Crips and other black people that were going to kill the officers.
