I was actually planning to leave until Sgt. Tihonovich decided to "mean mug" me getting out of his car.

This is my first audit video and was taken with my phone. It did not start out as an audit just simply ended up being one.

Notice the flags on the back of car 4183 also face the wrong way, great way to represent America.
