I had a customer on a Marathon Bus reach out to me to install a Bluetti RV5, excited to use the bus more effectively off-grid. Unfortunately, as I got the equipment and began going through the manuals I was surprised to see the real capabilities are not going to work well on a luxury motorcoach or even any 50amp RV generally. I did reach out to Bluetti for additional support and explaination to make sure I was not incorrect but there are likely some bad understandings on my part.
Overall I do like this product for 30amp RVs only. Which is disappointing because Bluetti was so close to a home run, grand slam if these were stackable. While I hope they do release a 50amp capable system, I cannot use it on the bus like I had hoped.
