Hi y'all! It's been a minute plus some 😂😂. I hope you've been well. If you follow me on Instagram then you know I've been on the road for the last 3 weeks. I'm home now and excited to make my own meals. Today though, I'm baking with a special guest - one of my nieces. Everytime she is told she is spending time with me, she asks to make blueberry muffins lol. So here we are and I thought I'd film it for you. As I mentioned, I just throw ingredients together so they turn out different each time. Enjoy and I'll catch you next time.

1 cup flour
1 cup ground oats
1 tap baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt (increase if you increase the sugar)
1/4 cup sugar (increase to your liking)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk (you can sub 1/4 of this for applesauce or yogurt or sour cream)
2 Tbsps coconut oil or butter, melted
3/4 cups frozen blueberries mixed with 1 Tbsp flour
