Four London, Brighton and South Coast Railway (LBSCR) Class A1X 0-6-0T 'Terrier' locomotives were in action during a Bluebell Railway gala weekend in November 2000. This standard definition video features three of these locomotives namely:
Southern Railway 2678 visiting from the Kent & East Sussex Rly
Southern Railway W11 'Newport' visiting from the Isle of Wight Rly
LBSCR 55 'Stepney' from the home fleet.
Southern Railway W8 'Freshwater' visiting from the IOW Rly was also in action but not featured in this video.
The majority of the scenes were filmed at Horsted Keynes station.
SR 4-6-2 Class 'West Country' number 21C123 'Blackmoor Vale' is also seen in action hauling a dining train.
