For four weeks, students from across Barbados engaged in learning beyond the traditional classroom.

The Blue X Accelerator Programme brought students together at the Oceana Innovation Hub to explore technology, marine science, the environment and the blue economy.

Chief Education Officer Dr Ramona Archer-Bradshaw says the programme reflects the kind of education transformation Barbados needs.

She was speaking at the graduation ceremony of the BlueX Accelerator 2.0 Programme, 2026 cohort.
