As soon as you walk into the room and the blob monsters jiggles around the place you know it's going to be a tricky one. It was a similar story in The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening, but the mechanics are very different. The first job in beating the mini boss is to work out how to damage it. For anyone who hasn't played the game, The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom is the latest top-down title in the franchise. It follows a very similar art style to Link's Awakening, which came out on the Nintendo Switch in 2019 to critical acclaim. This time around, you control Zelda herself as Link has been sucked into a cracked dimensional rift and it's up to you to fix everything. Zelda is helped by a little sprite NPC called Tri, who gives her the power to copy and paste items and enemies into the world.
