The Girl monster in the dress plagues Grace throughout her time in the first half of Resident Evil Requiem. She's the first monster she encounters, and she just keeps on getting up. Resident Evil Requiem is the 9th entry in the mainline series for the franchise. It sees you playing two lead protagonists; Leon from Resident Evil of old in RE4 flying feet of fury fame, and Grace Ashcroft, the FBI agent daughter of Alyssa Ashcroft, the investigative journalist from Resident Evil Outbreak. They both play very differently with distinct sections for each of them. Leon is full-on attack, while Alyssa is more stealth and fear. They both have to work out what the recent deaths of Racoon City survivors means and how it's linked to the protagonist of Resident Evil Requiem, Dr Victor Gideon.
