When you get to the Webb Gala, you work out that you need to get to the security room on the floor above, but the way is blocked by guards at the stairs. There are multiple options to get past them, but I chose the Scooped arc, which you can see how to complete in the video. This will show you where to find the PR lady, where to go to get to the press room to get your pass and camera and how to get both items to get to the security room and complete Scooped.

007 First Light is sort of the origin story of James Bond in gaming form. He starts as an airman, but things go sideways in Icelend, which puts him on the radar for the 00 program. Spearheaded by M, he's taken to Malta for basic training, and so begins the man, the myth, the legend. From there, you'll be introduced to Q Branch, get a swanky London apartment, and then get to take more advanced training back in Malta. Once you complete that, you'll be in the program and get to start your field operations, which is where my 007 First Light walkthrough guide really takes off.
