Do you face bloating / gastric issues after eating lentils/pulses?
All lentils have a layer of saponins (for their protection from insects) and the traditional Indian way to prepare these was in open pot and while slow cooking, the foam was always removed. This makes the protein more digestible by the body. These days we pressure cook them and are not able to remove the foam making the pulses hard for the body to digest leading to bloating/gas.
Try this method for few weeks and let me know if it helps.
