Made on Super 8 ciné film, "Blenheim Beauty" was as a result of a visit to Blenheim Palace in 1993. I was surprised, and delighted, to find that Warner Bros. were using the inner courtyard as a film set for a new production of "Black Beauty".
When the film was released in 1995 I went to a screening at the then, MGM, cinema complex in Eastbourne. The Sussex Horse Rescue Trust were in attendance together with one of their rescue horses. Warner Bros. kindly donated Black Beauty's original stable rug as seen in the new motion picture.
