Looking for some Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro Anamorphic Footage? We just converted our Pocket 6K Pro to PL Mount and put on our Atlas Orion Anamorphic lenses to test it out! The BMPCC 6k Pro has a nice native anamorphic mode that we filmed this video in...mostly shot on the 65mm Atlas Orion Anamorphic lens!
The Pro version of the Pocket 6K Anamorphic gives us the ability to add ND filters and some other major upgrades from the original BMPCC 6K. The BMPCC 6k Pro Footage so far seems very organic and we like the new gen 5 color science. What do you think about the Atlas Orion Anamorphic BMPCC 6k footage? Does it improve on the original?
For us Atlas Orion BMPCC 6k Pro footage is some of the nicest anamorphic footage we've seen aside from our Alexa Mini. We had a lot of fun filming anamorphic on Blackmagic...almost as much fun as juggling our Rokinons over the Grand Canyon!
