In the Black Hills, it is not uncommon to run into a summer afternoon shower or storm. While it is not always the most enjoyable time to be trackside filming trains, the storms can make for some dramatic shots. In mountains of South Dakota, these storms are especially dramatic and provide great videos and memories after the fact, so sit back, relax, and enjoy Black Hills Central Railroad 108 steaming through some afternoon storms in late July of 2020.

This video was filmed on Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
