A quick look at the new rune page for this build, with the addition of Bone Plating and other Resolve tree changes, and some ranked Platinum 2 gameplay.
This build makes use of the HP/AD scaling on Aftershock to do strong area-of-effect damage while still being tanky enough to frontline in teamfights and be the primary engager.
The core item build is Black Cleaver + Titanic Hydra. All enemies hit by the Titanic aoe in teamfights get their armor shredded by Black Cleaver.
In patch 8.2, Aftershock was also changed to benefit high HP builds like this, because it now gives a much higher amount of flat resistances.

I took my router + barrel sorting system and upgraded it with turtles and chat commands. And without the use of filters and pneumatic tubes! (Redpower isnt in Unleashed)

With this item build you reach max CDR with 2 items, and basic attacks refund mana and further reduce our cooldowns beyond maximum CDR. If youre able to basic attack during a fight, Q and E could become 2-3 second cooldowns. Using ultimate grants attack speed and movement speed on top of the normal armor and MR, and activates the shortened cooldowns by auto attacking (see Essence Reaver passive Essence Flare)...
Essence Reaver:
+75 attack damage
+20% cooldown reduction
+300 mana
Passive
UNIQUE: Basic attacks refund 1% of missing mana on-hit.
UNIQUE: After casting your ultimate, your next basic attack within 10 seconds grants ESSENCE FLARE for 6 seconds (30 second cooldown).
ESSENCE FLARE: Gain 50% bonus attack speed, and basic attacks refund 20% of your remaining basic abilities cooldowns.
