With this item build you reach max CDR with 2 items, and basic attacks refund mana and further reduce our cooldowns beyond maximum CDR. If you're able to basic attack during a fight, Q and E could become 2-3 second cooldowns. Using ultimate grants attack speed and movement speed on top of the normal armor and MR, and activates the shortened cooldowns by auto attacking (see Essence Reaver passive Essence Flare)...
Essence Reaver:
+75 attack damage
+20% cooldown reduction
+300 mana
Passive
UNIQUE: Basic attacks refund 1% of missing mana on-hit.
UNIQUE: After casting your ultimate, your next basic attack within 10 seconds grants ESSENCE FLARE for 6 seconds (30 second cooldown).
ESSENCE FLARE: Gain 50% bonus attack speed, and basic attacks refund 20% of your remaining basic abilities cooldowns.
