A quick look at the new rune page for this build, with the addition of Bone Plating and other Resolve tree changes, and some ranked Platinum 2 gameplay.
This build makes use of the HP/AD scaling on Aftershock to do strong area-of-effect damage while still being tanky enough to frontline in teamfights and be the primary engager.
The core item build is Black Cleaver + Titanic Hydra. All enemies hit by the Titanic aoe in teamfights get their armor shredded by Black Cleaver.
In patch 8.2, Aftershock was also changed to benefit high HP builds like this, because it now gives a much higher amount of flat resistances.
