I got the pillow protectors specifically because I wanted to make additional organic pillows from some organic shredded latex I had left over from a previous purchase of organic latex pillows made by a company called Sleep On Latex. So the pillows above came with extra shredded latex, and we also removed some from our pillows because they were thicker than we wanted them to be. That's exactly what I made my new pillows from, as you'll see in this video.
The bottom line is, I love the new pillows we made with the Bioweaves pillow covers. These covers have zippers on the ends, so you can stuff them with an actual pillow or your preferred stuffing, like I did.
The Bioweaves pillow protectors are made from 100% organic cotton, and they are pretested for pilling and shrinking to make sure they don't do either. In case you're not familiar with pilling, it's the formation of little balls on the surface of materials.
The bottom line is, I love these organic pillow covers, and they've suited my purpose perfectly. I also appreciate that they are made from organic cotton, which I believe is healthier to sleep on.
