Dr. Patricia Hernandez and Teacher Jennifer Gagliardi talk about an applicant who had a biometrics appointment scheduled in March 2020. The applicant's appointment was never rescheduled--instead the applicant received a letter that the biometrics from her Green Card application will be used. We speculate that USCIS is trying to deal with the biometric cases that had "fallen through the cracks" and this is a RARE EXCEPTION needed so that cases may proceed.
