U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invites you to participate in a webinar on Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
During this webinar, USCIS representatives will provide an instructional presentation of the H-1B electronic registration process in myUSCIS for registrants. We will hold another webinar specifically tailored for attorneys and representatives on Tuesday, Feb. 23
H-1B cap-subject petitioners, including those eligible for the advanced degree exemption, are required to first register prospective beneficiaries electronically with USCIS and pay the associated H-1B registration fee in order to enter the beneficiaries into the selection process for filing an H-1B cap-subject petition for FY 2022.
We are hosting this webinar to allow users to familiarize themselves with the electronic registration process.
To Register:
1. Visit our registration page bit.ly/2021-02-24-h1b
2. Enter your email address and select "Submit"
3. Select "Subscriber Preferences"
4. Select the "Event Registration" tab
5. Complete the questions and select "Submit"
