Acorns were a major food source for native tribes. There are many ways to prepare acorns for immediate use or for future storage. They are nutritious and very abundant in the fall and winter months. In this video I show you a simple way to prepare tasty nutritious acorn cookies that can be eaten immediately or stored for the future.
