For active contributors in the cloud-native ecosystem, the greatest challenge is often not code, but transitioning to a broader perspective: how to leverage influence to guide a project toward a healthier, sustainable community. True open-source leadership is never about power grabbing or acquiring titles; it is rooted in facilitating consensus and building a shared vision across a diverse, multi-vendor ecosystem.
In this panel, CNCF technical and community leaders will combine their macro-level perspectives with hands-on governance experience to deconstruct how to naturally establish technical influence by fostering consensus.
