Have you ever tried the Between The Sheets? It's another classic cocktail and you could call it a Sidecar variation. It basically is the same cocktail but you split the base spirit in two and do half rum half cognac. I like introducing people to this, especially if they’re interested in learning more about classic cocktails. This is a good cocktail to start with if you want to learn how to bartend.
Between The Sheets
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Rum
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Cognac
1 oz (30ml) Dry Curacao (Or any other orange liqueur)
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
Shake and serve up. Garnish with lemon or orange peel.
