The 2025 Chery Fulwin A9L stands as a flagship mid-to-large plug-in hybrid sedan, designed to blend executive-level comfort with advanced electrified performance. Built on Chery’s E0X platform, the sedan stretches over 5 meters in length (5,018 mm) with a long 3,000 mm wheelbase, giving it a strong road presence and spacious cabin proportions. It adopts a Kunpeng Super Hybrid C-DM system that combines a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine with either single or dual electric motors, offering both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations tailored to different performance needs.
Performance is a major highlight of the A9L, with the AWD variant delivering up to 470 kW (630 hp), while the FWD version produces 270 kW (362 hp). Acceleration ranges from an impressive 0–100 km/h time of around 4.9 seconds in AWD form to about 7.9 seconds in FWD models. The sedan is equipped with a 33.7 kWh LFP battery pack, enabling a pure electric driving range of approximately 200–260 km (CLTC), while the combined driving range can reach up to 2,000 km, making it ideal for both city commuting and long-distance travel.
Inside, the Fulwin A9L focuses heavily on technology and luxury, featuring a large 15.6-inch central touchscreen powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8255 chip, along with a premium 23-speaker audio system. A high-end four-seat configuration is also available, complete with a temperature-controlled refrigerator ranging from -18°C to 55°C. Advanced driver assistance is handled by the Falcon 700 intelligent driving system, which integrates LiDAR and 27 sensors to support features like navigation-assisted driving. Fast-charging capability allows the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in just 14.5 minutes, while pricing is expected to position the model competitively in the executive sedan segment, estimated between 150,000 and 200,000 yuan.
