For smaller lenses like all the 70-200 f/2.8's, 100-400mm f/5.6, & 300mm f/2.8's I really like the Sirui P-326 Monopod.

For larger lenses like 100-400mm f/4.5GM, 400mm f/2.8, 600mm f/4, 800mm f/5.6, 400-800 zooms, I much prefer the larger and more stout Leofoto MP-364C.
