The DNV16HDZ has surprisingly sensitive night vision capability, but it suffers from numerous major design flaws -- all of which could be fixed or worked around in the camcorder's firmware, but my attempts to contact Bell & Howell (and Elite Brands) about fixing the problems were unsuccessful. It is also sold as the Aigo AHD-S7 and Rich HD-A210.
