Braised beef short ribs and creamy polenta! Amazing flavor combo!

What you’ll need:
-Boneless short ribs.
-Polenta.
-Garlic, Rosemary and thyme.
-All purpose beef seasoning.
-Olive oil.
-Butter.
-Grated Parmesan cheese.
-Beef stock.
How to make them:
Season your short ribs.
Smoke them until they hit 165f internal.
Add the short ribs to a pan.
Add the garlic, rosemary, thyme and beef stock.
Cover with foil and throw into the oven for 2 hours. Or until they’re 205f and prove tender.
Remove the ribs and strain the braising liquid into a pan.
Reduce the braise by half.
Cook the polenta according to the directions on the package. Add the butter, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Spread the polenta on a greased cookie sheet and put in the fridge for an hour.
Cut the polenta into squares.
Fry the polenta in a cast iron pan, both sides, until golden brown.
Plate up the polenta and short ribs, spoon over the braising reduction and enjoy!
