Neighbors on Second Avenue in Albany spotted a young black bear munching on leaves in a tree Tuesday morning. State wildlife officials were able to tranquilize and capture the bear, safely releasing him in the Catskills later that day. (Video by Will Waldron and Kyra Santicola)
