The Belmont Stakes Racing Festival opens Wednesday at Saratoga Race Course. The day started relatively quiet at the Oklahoma training track, where Belmont favorite Renegade lounges in his stall at trainer Todd Pletcher’s barn and horses head out for training gallops.
