Pizza Dough
1 2/3 cup warm water (105 degrees)
1 to 2 teaspoons active dry or instant yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
5 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
If you want to use the pizza dough that same day, use 2 teaspoons yeast. If you’re gonna let it rise in fridge overnight, use 1 teaspoon.
Follow your bread machine’s instructions
Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon oregano
1 28 oz can of tomatoes
Kosher salt and pepper
Heat the oil, garlic and seasoning in a skillet. Add tomatoes salt and pepper. Simmer for 8 minutes.
