Okay, so today I went to see what was happening on BBC Prime, and when I turned it on I was greeted with this very unnerving presentation. BBC Prime looked, very different to say the least. Quite a hot makeover if I must say so myself, that logo is looking as fine as ever. But to my surprise, this was the doing of aliens! And they planned to play something on BBC Prime that could easily obliterate my YouTube channel in just one frame. But then, the normal BBC Prime breakdown slide appeared, at a suspiciously perfect time. Also, if you are wondering, this was staged and no aliens actually hijacked BBC Prime. It’s April 1st, what do you expect? Anyways, with that out of the way, that is my April Fools video of 2024, hope you enjoyed it!

This was the last ever time Newsround and CBBC were shown on BBC One. After nearly 50 years of children’s broadcasting on BBC One and BBC Two, the BBC pulled the plug for CBBC and CBeebies on BBC One and BBC Two. CBBC met it’s fate on BBC One on December 20th 2012, and saying goodbye to BBC Two on November 30th 2012, before briefly returning on December 22nd 2012 only to say goodbye again in January 4th 2013, along with CBeebies, which marked the very end of children’s programming on the BBC’s flagship channels. Thanks to Box of Broadcasts, I was able to find a full, high quality version of the last Newsround ever on BBC One.")

The AVGN Show, is practically lost media on the CBBC Channel, or CBBC on BBC One. This was taken after Bear Behaving Badly, which aired after the first program of the day, LazyTown (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XbTeywB9QNo). Finally, the first ever footage of the Angry Video Game Nerd, has been found on the CBBC Channel. The show originally broadcasted around 2006 during the 3D blob era, and new episodes stopped airing around 2008-2009, and the show stopped rerunning in mid 2011.
