I'm taking on one of Colorado's most unique food challenges at The Rock Rest Lodge in Golden—the Jiffy Peanut Butter Burger Challenge. This eating challenge features four stacked burger patties with bacon and cheese, but the main feature of this challenge is the massive amount of Jiffy peanut butter coating every layer! Throw in 1.5 pounds of curly fries and you've got quite a food challenge to finish in 30 minutes. Beat it and you earn a free meal, a Rock Rest Lodge t-shirt, and a $25 gift card for your next visit. I came in confident, but the peanut butter proved to be a much bigger obstacle than expected!
