Today I made my way to Huong Xua Vietnamese Restaurant to attempt my very first pho challenge! It was an exciting experience that had my taste buds intrigued, but finishing this giant bowl of pho would be no joke, seeing as you only have 11 minutes to finish it all, broth included!
