The Adam Emmenecker Challenge is no joke. This beast of a sandwich includes pork tenderloin, buffalo chicken tenders, brisket, bacon, a cheeseburger, fried cheese cubes, white cheddar sauce, and a ghost pepper pickle. Add a pound of tater tots and you've got one of the most difficult 15-minute challenges in the Midwest. Featured on Man vs Food, this challenge has defeated hundreds of people, including me twice already!
