IT'S A FOOD CHALLENGE REMATCH as I take on one of the biggest breakfast omelet challenges in Wisconsin! Last time at The Peshtigo Corral in Peshtigo, Wisconsin, my attempt at this big breakfast challenge did not go according to plan! Not only did I fail miserably to finish the entire 12-egg breakfast omelet challenge, but it was in front of many friends and family members, who were watching their very first food challenge in person!
This time I would make sure I was absolutely ready to take on this massive breakfast omelet and get my redemption! 💪

Challengers have 30 minutes to finish a big 12-egg breakfast omelet. it is filled with bacon, cheese, sausage, ham, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. This massive breakfast omelet is then covered in sausage gravy, more cheese, and plated with four pieces of toast.
