The hand drawn effects animation in 2K/Gearbox Software’s video game Battleborn was designed and animated by VFX Director Michel Gagné using Toon Boom Harmony software.
For a period of two and a half year (2013-2016), working in close collaboration with Gearbox’s VFX Team, Gagné animated over ten thousand sequential effects images.
Gagné’s animation was integrated in the game by Gearbox’s VFX Team using proprietary Software.
