This is "Battle Valley" for the Commodore Amiga released back in 1989 by Hewson and developed by Derek Leigh-Gilchrist(code), Joby Wood(graphics) and Jochen Hippel(music).
This game has an ending. Yes!
There are 4 enemy bases in each side and you must capture them if you want to save the world.
To do this you have at your service a helicopter and a tank.
