SNES Super Mario Kart Battle Mode Remix -

Ahh, a classic! 🎈
You don't realize how good we have it now when you replay this game. The controls are so STIFF!

I wish Nintendo put more effort into the battle modes in Mario Kart games, in my humble opinion. They're good, but not incredible. Mario Kart Double Dash's "Shrine Runner"s & "Bob-omb Blast" were some of THE most fun I've ever had in Mario Kart. It's nice they brought those back in MK8 Deluxe, but they still didn't feel as fun to play without the Double Dash mechanics.

Overall though, I'm glad that battle modes still exist, and while MK World's battle mode might be the worst in the series, perhaps there will be some updates down the road to include those classic battle modes. I did just see Bob-omb Blast made a comeback in a recent update. Time will tell!
