Also as part of the (currently) 13th Anniversary event, there are special Super Tough Missions on every Mythic stage between Dogumaru and Soractes. I am making guides for these under the assumption that you can challenge Soractes in the final mission. Although you can clear these missions on any difficulty, doing so on 1 Crown is obviously the easiest way to do it.
Mission: Clear Primitive Souls using only units that cost 1000+ (mistakenly listed in missions as 1000-)
The start of the stage is by far the trickiest part since the Mooths are relatively powerful and you are not given access to the cheaper counters that would let you easily get cash from them. Instead, Dark Lazer is your best bet to get cash early (if you don’t use a Rich Cat). After the startoff though, Dogumaru has been powercrept to oblivion. Just about anything will work. If you haven’t progressed to obtain Esoteric Uril, Idi NX, or the UL Legend TFs, many tanker ubers can be a stand-in for those. Just make sure to not bring anything that costs less than 1000.
