The gimmick here is that each stage costs Legendary Banknotes to play instead of Energy. There are 3 stages in this map with different entry costs and drops. All stages are completely free wins. You can play this map 5 times per day. This map is essentially gambling for Legendary Banknotes.

As you can see, although technically the drop chances on Bet the Base are rigged unfavorably against you, the profits from winning are high enough to offset this and put you ahead anyways. If you lose twice and get 200 Banknotes once, you have still gone even. The 300 Banknote jackpot is what skews this option in your favor. Just... make sure you have time to roll hundreds if not thousands of Banknotes before the event gacha ends.
