This is quite possibly the greatest downfall a stage has ever had.
As it turns out having a meatshield with 229,500 HP vs Soractes (270,000 HP with Slow Foundation max) makes stalling him insanely easy. You can't just solo Carpenter though as Doge Dark will 1-shot him still. You can get around this by just bringing Rock and timing it so the Doge Darks hit Rock instead of your Carpenters. Any backliner works from this point as long as they outrange Soractes, so I used Urs. Enjoy your free Legend unit.
