Welcome back to Crown everyone!

Today I am off to Battersea Parkrun to have a crack at my 17:24 Parkrun PB. While deep in marathon training I have not had a go at a 5k for 2 months, so am very keen to give it one last try before the marathon in 4 weeks time.

The start is just as manic as ever at Battersea - but a whole lot of fun none the less!
