A pretty good hack, and an excuse to do a dual screen video of Sunsoft's Batman for the NES. This hack changes the colour palette, alters some cutscenes, changes the stage maps to make them less hard (though some areas become a little trickier), while the bosses become much easier as they take a lot less to kill.

There must be a thousand playthrough videos of this game, heres another one. This is the slower, PAL, 50 Hz version, because this is what we were playing in Europe and UK.
The NES game is much more celebrated, but the Sega version is still one of the most well-liked retro Bat games. Originally made in 1990, in Europe it came out in 1992 to coincide with the release of the second Batman film (and game).
Short and easy, it somehow gives the feeling of playing the movie, with nice pixelart versions of the films sets and characters, and some of the best music to ever come out of the Mega Drive.")
