* The ACD32 and A1200 versions are exactly the same, except for the CD music.
* The Amiga version is missing two boss fights (boss 2 and the second form of the final boss) and level 6.
* Gameplay-wise, the Amiga version is generally slower and fairly easier. The player can spam bombs (there's some delay in the Sega version), which makes some areas easier to clear.

Batman Returns on the Amiga isnt... very good. In fact, the game was universally panned upon release, and with good reason (see the reviews in Amiga Magazine Rack http://amr.abime.net/amr_search.php?search=batman+returns&mag_id=0&action=Find ).
Even if one gets past the tiny, badly animated character sprites, the gameplay is awful, the controls and collision dont work as they should, some sections which require precision platform jumping (like Level 3, the Rooftops) are the absolute worst. This game plays like it hates the player.
That said, as a fan of the film, I quite like the presentation, the music, some background graphics, it follows the movie pretty closely. Why did the gameplay have to be so bad. Batman Returns | Amiga Longplay/ Playthrough [50 fps]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/amhI9ptJocA/mqdefault.jpg)
