This video inaugurates a series of recordings I made some thirteen years ago but never posted. Even though I have since upgraded my recording equipment, upon relistening, I thought they were worth making public. Generally speaking, each piece consists of the melody with a simple bass line and then successive variations with an embellished bass line, a harmonized melody, and an embellished melody. The selections are as follows:

*Lord Mayo is Tiobóid na Long Bourke (Tibbot Bourke), 1st Viscount Mayo (1567–1629). No portrait of him survives, but the painting represents Ballintubber Abbey, his burial place.
