At a given bank angle, your airspeed controls the size of the turn:
πΉ Faster speed = larger turn radius
πΉ Slower speed = tighter turn radius
Why? Because bank angle sets how much lift is pointed sideways, but speed determines how much ground you cover while that sideways force is working. Go faster, and you travel farther before the airplane can change direction. Slow down, and the turn tightens up.
