This cutscene audio is entirely present in OST track "Revenge Falling": youtu.be/pcuUUq9xyzQ
The first part of the OST song plays not in this cutscene, but as an effect music file when Kratos steps on Gaia's hand. Another difference is that the part at 2:08 was shortened in this game version, compared to the complete OST song. This possibly indicates that the cutscene was changed during the game's development.
This song was uniquely made for this cutscene. In the beggining (including the part not included in the cutscene) and in the end (from 2:15), it uses the Kratos' theme from GoW1. The part at 2:00 seems to be based on the Combat Kratos' Theme from GoW1 (Vengeful Spartan song). The part at 2:00 is based on the "Death Theme", originally from GoW2 track "Death of Kratos" (youtu.be/obYSbcF5GFs?t=41), which, in GoW3, also plays in the end of the game when Kratos kills himself (youtu.be/jEZa0nRBXPU).
